When will I receive my order?
The processing time varies depending on the item ordered but most purchases are shipped within 2-5 business days from our studio. When shipping outside of the USA, transit times also vary depending on where you are located. I cannot guarantee these shipping estimates but I’ll do my very best to meet them!
Can I return my order? My order was damaged during shipment
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges if they have been damaged during transit. Please use the contact page to reach out to us and please send a photo along for documentation of the damage. We’ll issue you a replacement as soon as possible.
I’m ordering internationally, what about customs and import taxes?
When ordering internationally, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
How are the items shipped?
Each item is carefully inspected in our studio prior to shipment. Orders will be placed in a very secure mailing envelope/package that will not bend your item.
I love this card! However, can you make it say ____ instead of ____ ?
Short answer to that is... no :( Only because we print our cards in bulk and pre-package them so that I'm able to ship them out in a quick and orderly manner. I pride myself on shipping quickly so that you're able to enjoy your order faster.
Tell me about your products!
We try to be conscious of the products that we are using. All our products are derived from post-consumer products; most are 100% recycled including the paper, envelopes and even the mailers that we use to ship online orders.
